At The Aged Beef Company and Bardawni Trading, we are a family-owned business built on more than five generations of expertise in livestock and premium meat production. Rooted in tradition and driven by innovation, our story began over 300 years ago in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, where our family traded local fat-tailed Awassi sheep, importing livestock from Iraq and Syria.
In the early seventies, we expanded our horizons by importing the world’s finest cattle breeds from Europe, carefully selecting animals from the best herds, a model we still follow today. Livestock knowledge, ethical farming, and careful selection have been passed down through generations, shaping our deep understanding of quality meat.
Pioneering in Lebanon, we proudly bred full-blood Wagyu for the first time in the country, offering exclusive, high-quality cuts available only in our shop by reservation.
Today, with The Aged Beef Company, we take this legacy further, from breed selection and precision aging to traditional craftsmanship creating premium meats for everyday meals, special occasions, and refined culinary experiences. From steaks, burgers, and daily essentials to roasts and specialty cuts, every product reflects our heritage, passion, and authentic flavor.
